This was last nights dinner that came out of little time and exhaustion. Worked wonderful though, and so satisfying! I like to do the spinach this way because you are able to consume quite a bit more cooked than you can raw. We enjoyed our alongside grilled zucchini from our garden.
Spinach Bacon and Avocado Burger
2 Turkey Burger Patties
4 Slices Bacon
6 oz Spinach
1 Avocado
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
Salt
Pepper
Grill burger. Dice bacon. Heat pan on stove top and brown the bacon. Once crispy, remove bacon, leaving the grease in the pan.
Add spinach to remaining bacon grease and add seasonings to taste.
Once spinach is wilted, add bacon back in.
Use spinach/bacon as a base for grilled burger and top with avocado. Enjoy!!
